About

Ockham studio is a London based architectural and production design studio specialising in well considered domestic and cultural projects. With roots in spatial design, academia, planning and construction, we have been exploring new ways of living and how to create the best projects for small to medium sized spaces.

Conor Scully Bsc Bsc P.dp

Director.

Conor completed his architectural education at the Cass school of design, London Metropolitan and has completed degrees in Aberdeen and Ireland in architecture and architectural technology.

Prior to setting up Ockham studio Conor has worked for various contractors developers and architectural companies where he completed various domestic, hospitality and retail projects. His work has notably included a large scale instillation in collaboration with the Irish embassy celebrating 100 years of the Irish Diaspora in London. 

Other projects that Conor has been involved with are The Solar Decathlon Latin America and Caribbean where he helped project manage and design a 0 energy social housing residence that was constructed in Cali, Colombia. He was also part of team working in collaboration with ETH Zurich and Urban think tank to re-imagine slum design in Khayelitsha, South Africa

Conor is currently a tutor at the Cass school of design and helps co-ordinate the digital design studio on the Diploma course.
